Here are some of the key features of the way we meet these objectives:

Single Point of Contact

Every client has a dedicated Customer Account Manager 

They are able to deal with any queries, requests for quotations, extra work requirements and site meetings, wherever your site may be.  Should they not be in the office, our team of PA's are always there to take your call. 

Acting as Your Eyes & Ears on Site 

At MITIE Lyndhurst we provide a unique Site Reporting System.  All our Local Service Operators report to our Head Office anything untoward that they notice while working on your site.  Once the report has been received, it is faxed or emailed to you immediately.  Examples of items on our Site Reports include:

• Abandoned vehicles with registration details

• Fly tipping

• Damage to street furniture, signage, fences, empty units etc.

• Travellers or squatters on site

If we are able to help you with the problem, we will advise what action we can take.  Our Head Office currently handles over 500 Site Reports a month. 

Local Service Nationwide 

We believe that the best way to provide a quality day-to-day service is to use uniformed directly employed staff who live locally to your site.  We assign a number of properties to each Local Service Operator to encourage them to get to know their estates and take personal pride in the quality of their work and the results they achieve.
